Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Participation

This program is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations that meet the eligibility criteria defined for each award category. Proof of eligibility may be requested at any stage of the process.
Participants must ensure that all information provided during the nomination or entry process is accurate, complete, and truthful. Any entry found to contain false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
Upon receipt of the questionnaire, you will have 3 days to submit your response. If no response is received within this period, two reminder notifications will be sent. Continued non-response after the reminders may result in cancellation of your nomination.

2. Non-Guarantee of Winning

Participation or nomination does not guarantee selection as a winner. Evaluation and judging are conducted strictly according to the predefined criteria established for each category.
All decisions made by the judging panel are final, impartial, and binding. Requests for reconsideration or appeals will not be entertained.
The program seeks to recognize excellence; however, awards are limited to a select number of winners per category. In the Global Category, only one individual will be selected for each award type.

3. Entry Fees and Payments

If an applicant is not selected, the nomination fee for both Regional and Global categories will be fully refunded within 14 business days from the date of the official announcement.
Payment of the nomination fee does not influence or affect the judging process or final outcomes in any manner.

4. Use of Data and Privacy

By participating in the program, you consent to the use of your name, organization name, logo, and related materials for promotional and marketing activities associated with the program.
All confidential details submitted during the nomination process will be treated with care and will not be shared publicly without prior consent.

5. Winner Notifications and Attendance

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during the nomination process. The notification will include details about the award and event participation.
Winners may be invited to attend the awards event at no additional cost. However, personal expenses such as travel, accommodation, or other related costs will not be covered unless explicitly stated.

6. Disqualification

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms, providing false information, or engaging in unethical conduct.
Any attempt to influence judges or manipulate the evaluation process will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Program Changes and Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the program or event in the event of unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond their control.
Participants will be notified promptly in case of any significant changes or updates.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the program or attendance at the awards event.

9. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a nomination or participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
You also understand that participation does not guarantee winning or recognition, as all selections are made solely on merit and the judging criteria.

10. Fluxx – Cancellation Policy

At Fluxx, we value your participation and understand that plans may sometimes change. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, we have outlined the following cancellation policy regarding any payments made for your nomination or add-on benefits opted:

Nomination Fee

If your nomination is not selected, you will receive a 100% full refund of the nomination fee paid.

Add-on Benefits

All payments made for add-on benefits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official support email. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and verifying your request.

We encourage all participants to review this policy carefully before proceeding with any payments. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain a seamless and fair experience for everyone involved with Fluxx.
